About Us
We, R-Admin Limited, are based in Southsea providing professional but affordable computer support to individuals and businesses throughout the Portsmouth
area and further a field.
We established the company in 2005 to support local people and businesses with their computer problems, competently, quickly and affordably at times that
suited them. That means not just between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, if you have a problem, for example, at 10pm your PC suddenly crashes and wont
restart and you need that document you’ve just saved which you just spent 3 hours writing for a meeting at 8am you can phone us and we’ll come out, if we
can, or give support over the phone, even if it’s a Sunday evening – oh and it has happened! There aren’t many computer support companies that offer that
sort of service if any for home users!
We, Luke and Jayne Foulger, have worked in the IT industry for over 15 years, working for both large multi-million pound international companies with a
household presence to small one man bands and both of us now work, within our own specific disciplines, within the company. We deal with local people who
might have printer and virus / spyware problems and computer training needs, to families with home cinema, wireless and multimedia issues and wants, through
restaurant chains and charities with networking and telecommunications problems or requirements as well as small local businesses with website and general
needs through to multi-national blue chip organisations requiring software testing skills.
Just because we may deal with some larger organisations doesn’t mean that the home user is not as important to us. The individual is just as crucial, we
care about the service we give our customers, and we want to be recommended, we don’t want to grow too big that we can’t still look after Pete up the road
or Clare the student over the way. That is after all, what we set out to do and you never know Clare the student might be Prime Minister one day!
In addition to this you can be assured of our integrity we are both members of the British Computer Society, are Microsoft Authorised Education Re-sellers
and one of us is accredited with security clearance which involves Criminal Records Bureau Checks amongst other things and we are a registered UK company
with VAT registration.
We’re not faceless people either, we’re friendly, speak English not techno babble, have two kids and three cats, don’t own a holiday home or a Bentley - but
maybe one day! We enjoy a good dvd, having a pizza and really pleased when we find 20p down the side of the sofa.
